I would ignore any bad reviews! We stayed here and it is very clean and pleasant staff is friendly we had a problem figuring out the tv and they fixed the problem immediately break fast was very good has hot food and cold coffee and all kinds of tea also got our 50.00 back when check out no problems at all will definitely stay here next time we come too Ardmore ok highly recommended

Staff was wonderful and cared about us. We all wanted to hang together after the reunion and they helped it happen. Make sure you talk to the manager if you have discount like AARP, site wouldnt take it person that helped us said she couldn't do anything about it.

The quietness was the best. I asked for extra towels and they came right away with it. the clerk at the front desk was nice and polite.

This place is right on I35, but I didn't hear a thing!!!! No highway noise, no noise from guests, it's heaven! 2nd stay exactly as peaceful as the 1st. No noise from anywhere & bed was really comfy. Air worked great as well. Another excellent stay! So quiet, I loved the room being right across from stairs in case of emergency, I slept a little better knowing.

My husband and I had a great time with our 5 kids at this location. Melody Jordan assisted me over the phone prior to leaving my town to head to the hotel as well as helped us continually throughout our stay. She was so sweet and had a friendly face. Eager to please and made us feel like she cared about our experience! Thank you Melody!!

I literally had no issues here. I even stayed an extra night. The breakfast was great for being 'free'. The King size bedroom does indeed fit 2 adults and a shorter person. Or that 3rd and 4th person can lay on the couch. There were plenty of food places near the hotel as well. The staff was so sweet. No matter what time of the day.

We stayed here on our way home from a cruise. What a delight! The room was super clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Being on the road, breakfast is a necessity and this one did not disappoint. Great selection. WELL DONE! We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. |And a great value too.

I really liked the housekeeper that works downstairs fulltime....she was so kind and never complained one time about her job, or anything for that matter....she was amazing.....she deserves a bonus or a raise in pay....thank you mam, and the entire staff, it was overall a comfortable stay. . ..Happy Thanksgiving and Holiday season to you!

Loved this hotel! The girl who worked the front desk her name was Katie and she gave me exceptional service. She was so respectful and nice and was very helpful. The rooms were nice and clean which is very important to me. Breakfast area was clean and had some good choices.

This place is nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy to get to from the freeway. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, Tom was at the front desk when I came in, late night and traveling alone, and he was great! He made sure that I felt safe and welcome!
